From start to finish Jonothan went above and beyond, professional, caring, courteous and above all understanding. From taking my beloved partner into his care, planning the funeral and giving me the advice on how to deal with it financially, and also doing the funeral service himself he was fantastic. Guided us on everything. Could not of asked for a better funeral for my partner for the service received from start to finish. He really does put people first and foremost and made the process so much more easier for me and my children. I will be forever grateful that James was so well taken care of I really means so much to know he was looked after.

Claire Ayres-maclean2021-03-20Joseph c roberts did my dad's funeral yesterday and all I can say is wow. From start to finish my experience with Jonathan was extremely professional and personal . Nothing was to much and I'm so glad I found this company. There is nothing better than a family run business in these circumstances. Jonathan went above and beyond for us even visiting my dad in the Chapel of rest a few times one at 8 pm at night. on one of these occasions . He came to our house to plan everything out staying 2.5 hours making sure everything was perfect He mapped out everything perfectly even checking on traffic and roadworks so all timings would be perfect. His team on the day were fantastic. We opted for a horse drawn hearse with colours of our choice . Jonathan is a traditional funeral director who walked in front of the horses and payed his respects everytime he got on and off of the carriage. He even picked up the flowers from my mother's house the night before the funeral so we didn't have to worry about a thing. We wanted everything perfect as does everyone else and we were not disappointed. I got a feeling when I first spoke to Jonathan that he truly loves what he does and puts family's at ease and had compassion . ( a feeling I didn't get with a other company I had spoken to ) his pricing is unbeatable for the services he does I will not be using any other company for a funeral in the future although I hope it will be along time before needing his services again . Thank you Jonathan and team for a perfect send off for my dad.
